This black oak tray has a little bit of everything. There’s rounded sides, chain sawed flat sides, and even a side that shows off where a sliver of wood sliced off. Cracks do run through part of it, but they have been stabilized and add to the quirkiness of the piece.

A small pedestal raises this try just enough to appear as though it’s floating, at least from certain angles. While it would make a great little catch tray, it would make an even better candle tray.

Finished with General Finishes Bowl Finish, it is food safe and ready to go.
